I work with couples, groups, families, and individuals struggling with eating disorders, addiction, transition, career, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My training in somatic psychotherapy forms the basis of my work and leads to an intuitive, holistic, non-judgmental, and spiritual style of working that helps my clients achieve deep and lasting results. I hold acceptance, authenticity, and heart presence as fundamental aspects of the therapeutic relationship. While each session may vary depending on your unique needs and goals, sessions often include mindfulness, creative techniques, somatic interventions, and direct reflections or questioning.
Ever since I was young, I have followed my heart’s calling and my own instincts to delve deeper into life’s big questions. Following my passions from design to health and integrative medicine to meditation and spiritual practices, I finally found a way to blend all these interests and passions together in a somatic psychology degree. In this process, I found my own calling to help others discover their deepest desires and uncover the depth, love, passion, and connection waiting for them in their lives and relationships. I am deeply passionate about the work that I do facilitating transformation and growth, and I believe that while this is not always an easy path, it is a deeply fulfilling one that we can start down at any point in our life. I look forward to meeting you on your path.
