My Offerings & Approach

Mental Performance ConsultingOne on one individual mental performance consulting to optimize performance with clients who are looking to enhance their strengths and areas for growth.

Health CoachingOne on one individual health coaching with clients who are struggling with disordered eating, body image, and re-integration of movement.

I support my clients towards identifying their strengths and becoming clear on their values in order to foster more enjoyment, and consistent, optimal experiences and performance. By combining the approaches of ACT with a coaching relationship defined by unconditional positive regard, empathy, and belief in self-efficacy my clients are able to achieve their goals. My approach is also informed by Intuitive Eating and Intuitive Movement.

How I work

As a warm, welcoming person with values centered around authenticity and personal growth, I believe that through supporting my clients with an unconditional positive regard, I help guide them through the blocks that have kept them from achieving their goals. The process of change is difficult. By providing a space where my clients feel acknowledged and understood, they become more clear of what they are passionate about and ways in which to achieve their goals. My hope is for clients to leave each session with greater awareness, empowerment, and self-compassion. Our work together will include interactive tools, worksheets, and in-session intervention implementation.

My Why

The culture of sport and performance is something I have always been drawn to. From first-hand experience through being an athlete and coach, I discovered the importance of a positive, intentional performance environment. It furthered my interest in developing my knowledge and experience with the mental side of performance. During my graduate training, I gained a deeper understanding of the power of the mind and inner experiences. I have further recognized the importance and impact of our relationship with our bodies and food. The gratifying nature of applying this work with clients cemented my interest in the field.

As the first point of contact for our clients as Intake Coordinator, my style is relaxed, welcoming and compassionate. My goal during our initial call is to create a safe, comfortable space in which I can learn about the struggles you are facing and help guide you towards finding the appropriate support. I believe everyone has a unique path and individual road to recovery. I am grateful to be a part of our client’s process of healing.
