My approach
Over nearly 20 years of experience across ad agencies, corporations and nonprofits, I’ve found that communication challenges are usually rooted in unresolved strategy issues. People come to me for support on high-stakes communications—pitches, speeches, presentations, campaigns, key meetings and career milestones. My first step is to lead them through a method of inquiry that clarifies the strategy behind the message.
Together, we sharpen priorities, audiences, context, and emotional resonance. Once the strategic foundation is clear, messages become more focused, compelling, and easier to deliver—with confidence and flexibility. The search for the right words begins with knowing why you’re communicating at all.

Format: 50-minute virtual sessions (one-time or ongoing)

A quick and powerful workshop process designed to give everyone from entrepreneurs to consultants the language to express the value of their offerings.
The messaging clarity workshop consists of three key elements:
- Initial facilitator review of up to 3 key messaging materials (i.e. pitch deck, website)
- Two-hour workshop in which we work through key questions around the purpose of the brand/offering, consider target audiences and hone messaging to convey value.
Post-workshop messaging guide codifying the most powerful language and ways of expressing the value of your offering unlocked in the workshop. The guide will be roughly 5 pages of clear and concise options for expressing your ideas tailored to your specific target audiences or scenarios. Typically delivered within 72 hours.
My why
I spent over thirteen years working in advertising, developing marketing strategies for brands like L’Oréal Paris, GE, Microsoft, Intel, Bank of America, and more. Through my own experiences in agencies and via my clients, I’ve been inside a variety of workplaces and have seen the common frustrations holding people back from their true potential — toxic cultures, office politics, miscommunication, and more.
In navigating these challenges myself, I realized that a huge part of career success centers on how you communicate your ideas, your concerns, your value, and your vision. While I’ve used these insights to further my career, I’ve gotten the most joy from sharing my approaches with friends and colleagues and watching them succeed as a result. As part of my own journey, I realized I wanted to help people not only achieve their career goals but to have sustainable success. That means feeling more grounded in their work as well as connected to their overall wellness and sense of self.
