Mindful Movement for Recovery: Yoga & Somatic Healing Group

Recovery is about more than changing behaviors, it is also about rebuilding a compassionate and trusting relationship with your body. Mindful Movement for Recovery is an in-person Saturday morning group designed for individuals in eating disorder recovery who are interested in exploring movement from a place of curiosity, self-care, and connection rather than control, compensation, or performance.

This group integrates gentle yoga, mindfulness practices, and somatic healing techniques to help participants reconnect with their bodies in a safe and supportive environment. Through guided movement, breathwork, grounding exercises, and group reflection, participants will have the opportunity to cultivate body awareness, reduce stress, and develop greater trust in their body’s signals and needs.
