Group Therapy

Group therapy allows you to heal and recover in a very unique way. The isolating belief that you are alone in your struggles will diminish. Supportive feedback from your peers deepens motivation and removes blocks toward recovery.

Virtual Eating Disorder Recovery Skills Group

This group is for those who feel motivated to recover and desire a safe space among peers to give/receive support. Led by a licensed therapist, meetings will include guidance around recovery tools and tips. Discussions will also include navigating other life challenges in addition to recovery.

Virtual Men’s Process Group

The intention of this group is to be a supportive space for those who want to work on their interpersonal skills and build stronger, more authentic relationships. Participating in a peer group increases self-awareness, insight, and compassion towards self and others. Topics covered in the group include life stressors such as anxiety, disordered eating, career challenges, addictive behaviors, and relationship dynamics. Meetings will start with a facilitated check-in and then space to discuss various topics relevant to group members.
