Stronger Together: A Virtual Process Group for Women in Eating Disorder Recovery

This group is for women who are actively engaged in eating disorder recovery and are seeking a supportive, process-oriented space to deepen their healing journey. Whether you are navigating recovery from anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, or other disordered eating patterns, this group offers a place to be seen, heard, and supported by peers who truly understand the struggle.

Led by Geeta Kerawalla, LCSW, meetings will include guidance around recovery tools and tips. Together, we will explore the underlying issues that fuel disordered eating—such as perfectionism, shame, trauma, body image, control, and emotional regulation—while building skills in self-compassion, authenticity, and relational trust.
