This virtual weekly group is for women 40 and older who are navigating eating disorder recovery alongside the complex transitions of midlife. Whether you’re new to recovery after years of struggling, facing new challenges with food and body image as your body changes, or finding that midlife stressors have intensified your relationship with eating, this group offers a supportive, therapeutic space to heal.
Midlife brings a unique set of pressures that intersect with eating disorders including perimenopause and hormonal shifts that affect appetite, body, and mood. This group weaves recovery work with the real experiences of midlife. Through open dialogue, therapist-led skill-building, and peer connection, members build resilience, self-compassion, and a more trusting relationship with their body.
